Since its inception in 1961, Panormitis Marine Enterprises S.C has held true to its original commitment of offering high quality one-day cruises from Rhodes island to nearby destinations.
Having more than 50 years of experience, what sets us apart from other choices today is our passionate dedication to providing guests with a cruise experience that embodies the infamous Greek hospitality and professionalism.

OUR HISTORY
FROM THE PAST TILL NOW
Our grandfather Nikolas, his wife Maria and their four children started their business in 1961 with a small ship. The whole family was working on board the ship and three years later, however, they were able to purchase a bigger ship “Maria”, known to a lot of people in Europe. Business expanded and “Freedom” was leased. The time was right to build a bigger, custom build ship for the needs of one-day cruising. “Nikolaos X” was built at Perama Shipyards, Greece.
Most of the family still operates and works on board “Nikolaos X” taking care of every aspect of the cruise. With our pulse on what guests want, we always provide ship’s and crew’s best. Cruising on board the only ship built exclusively as a cruiser and NOT a ferry, allows for an actual high quality cruise experience and not just a transfer from Rhodes to Symi island. At the end of the day, the time you will have spent onboard will be among the most pleasant of the excursion.
